The tiger and the zebra are the interesting pair here. Both are patterned animals with stripes, and a child scanning quickly will often join a tiger to a zebra because stripes are the first thing the eye registers. Colour sorts it out, but only if they look twice.
That is a different mistake from the one the flower sheet produces. Flowers are confused because they are too similar overall. The tiger and zebra are confused because one striking feature dominates everything else, which is a specific habit worth catching early.
Animals are also the easiest category for a child to name confidently in both languages, so this sheet tends to be chatty. Let it be. A child naming बंदर and हाथी while matching is getting more from the page than one who works silently.
