A Q is an O with a short tail, two strokes, and that tail makes it unusual. Every other capital in the alphabet is a closed or connected shape. Q is the only one with a stroke that leaves the body and finishes in open space, attached at one end and free at the other.
Children often skip it. A Q drawn without the tail is simply an O, and because an O looks complete, nothing prompts the child to add anything. Ask specifically after the circle is closed rather than assuming it will come.
Do this one after O is comfortable. The circle is most of the work and there is no reason to learn both at once.
The queen is the most detailed tracing in this stretch of the alphabet, with a crown, hair and facial features. It is a sheet for a child with patience rather than a quick one.

Common questions
My child forgets the tail on the Q.
Very common, because an O already looks like a finished shape so nothing prompts them to add more. Ask about the tail specifically once the circle is closed.
Should we do O before Q?
Yes. The circle is most of the work in a Q, so learning it once as an O and then adding the tail is easier than meeting both at the same time.
